First I was on via an Insta ad and it glitched and dumped my cart. So that was annoying. But in Chrome it worked fine. If it weren’t for the ad on Insta I would have missed the summer gift likely, so all good overall. Just a bit of a mishap.

in desktop web site version, i am not able to have the pop up window for the live chat. Please improve it. And i used to call clinique or live chat with clinique in order to know the b-day gift. However, this year customer service told me they are not able to tell me what gonna be my b-day gift.

Since the Bay closed I have been buying my clinique from this site. One thing I was disappointed with is once you build points on your account if they aren't used within a certain time they are taken away and you have to star all over again. I am starting all over again!!!

You keep changing your product and for a company that is fragrance free I don’t understand why you’re introducing more perfumes. I need 100% fragrance free. Also when offering free products it would be nice to have an option - last one was for acne and at age 68 I don’t need it and don’t know of anyone who could use it. I’ve been a Clinique user for 50 yrs now-started using it with my first full-time job paycheck. Also when attempting to use my rewards the options are very limited to what I can actually get. You show a number of items but when I go to select something very little of those items are available

Disappointed that CC cream - light is not available. Also, it would be good to know the approx date of delivery before you complete the payment, as if you are planning a holiday you need to know it will be delivered before going away. Another item, is when you come to check out, it does not give you the option of using any of your points to use against your order.

The website is pretty easy to naivgate, the informaiton useful. The only thing would be making finding specific shades easier (I know which one is mine, but need to click through the colours to find ti exactly). Adding whether a pallete is matte / satin / shimmer, and whether there is any shimmer at all, is useful. I do not wear shimmer for work, and need a good matte eye pallete. All of them have shimmer, which seems a waste.

I was hoping to buy the cleansing bar soap that I've been using for 30+ years, only to see it is not only Sold Out, but apparently discontinued. Judging by the unhappy customers who want this soap, please bring it back! Also, I purchased two bottles of moisturizer, entered my Free Birthday code, and got . . . another bottle of the same moisturizer. Seriously?! That's pretty crappy and not what I consider good customer service.

I needed to know the expiration date of the items that I have bought today. I couldn't find any information in a quick search. It's not clear how much typically what are the offers for health-care professionals. It doesn't make sense why you ask people to provide their birth dates. These are sensitive personal information. How do you protect such personal information?

My overall experience is good with some exception regarding the Anniversary gift or Birthday gift selection on the Clinique website. The options for selection are usually not active for me to select the gift . Each time I have to contact Clinique Agent to arrange that for me. Also the pricing increasing significantly for some products some of which might become not affordable.
