My overall interaction with the website today was great - I visited specifically to take advantage of a sale I got an email about. Just want to note that its disappointing that Clinique's prices have risen pretty significantly while product sizes have remained the same or become less. Clinique also doesn't include as many free samples of products as in prior years, or the consumer has to spend way more to be able to get the free gifts with purchase.

I was responding to an email 25% off eye makeup. It was noted in site but a colour choice negated the offer and no 25% not available .Be clear i had to open each to check colours. Called in but very frustrated

I have used Clinique moisturizer for many years. Glad there is now one with SPF. However, as a Canadian, I hate having to buy anything from the USA at the moment. I tried to find a Canadian moisturizer I liked as much, but so far, no luck. Maybe Iām addicted to the free mascara!

Great products and services My only complaint is the artificial colour in your products. I am allergic and have had to discontinue use of many items. Its not necessary. Your packaging contains the colour's you need to attract buyers. Thank you.

However, I got a sample of the moisture surge for body in another order. *Exceeds any body cream I have used in the past.* If I had not received it as a free gift, in a previous order, I would not now be buying three more at a sale price. I donāt like that I am offered a complimentary item but get no choice in what I get. When items are out of stock there should be a way to pay for it and receive shipment when it returns in stock. That way you are not purchasing items you donāt really need in order to meet some minimum purchase amount fir free shipping or gift with purchase minimum.

The website is fine. My issues are with Clinique discontinuing great products that I would have purchased my entire life. It's happened multiple times. Difficulty finding authentic Clinique site So many pop ups and I don't know who I am dealing with. Also Clinique products on some sites show products not available on Clinique site. Eg. Clinique Aromatics! shower wash scent that I used to use?
