Overall, I’ve always enjoyed Clinic product. And I do have to say that the chat feature is one of the better ones available to customers of any company. I contacted customer service to resolve an issue with the box that my shipment first came in being tampered with during transit. And I discovered that the quick liner that I’ve ordered had also been tempered with, and the box was open left open. The first attempt to resolve the issue was promised to send a new product or replacement. But it was not done and I had to contact customer service for a second time. I received the product of day or two late as the shipper chose to hold it due to my location. May I suggest not using UPS in the eastern provinces of Canada?

I have enjoyed Clinique's products for many years and I have never had a problem with ordering online from your website. It's a little tricky when I use my phone but using my laptop it is quite easy.

I really like your products for these reasons. I was gifted moisture surge with 28 spf. I loved it making wearing it as a moisturizer and sun screen easy. Very hydrating, This started me with your company. I used really high end products prior to this. My only complaint was while in France for the month of May I could not buy your products???? Anyway I am Canadian. I understand your American. This also bothers me as I do not support your leadership. However your product is the draw. These are the two top things I like . Scent free!!!!!! And the moisture surge 100 at night helps my old skin with the moisture sure 28 protecting me during the day without the heavy feeling.i now am trying your eye cream and your green coloured hyper allergenic mascara. I have always been one to buy the product to fit the use. But it seems your scent free approach and hyper allergenic approach have led me to your company. I am 72 years old.

I read the reviews of the product I was intending to buy but bought anyway. I too had the experience of the product not going past the initial little nub & am hoping this new order does not have the same problem. I normally love this product & this colour. It is my go to! Clinique has a great name & I would not like it if Clinique were to fail in any way.

I was looking for the specific waterproof mascara and it did not come up in the search. I had to find it through my emails. I lost my points on June 25. I was having trouble trying to use the points. I was unable to call due to the many commitments I have. I called today June 26, and my points were zero. I thought that legally points were not to be removed in Canada.

Clinique should not use UPS as a delivery service. I live in a professionally managed highrise building with an intercom system, and work remotely from home. I was available all day waiting for the delivery. The delivery person went to the building, did not ring the buzzer, and just put a sticker on the door telling me to go to the nearest pick up point to get my shipment. This was a major inconvenience for me because I ordered the product online because I do not have time to go browsing around stores looking for makeup. I work a fulltime job and don't have time to go to a pick up point. The UPS pick up point is abusive. They make derrogatory comments about me to other customers in the dollar store in front of my face, refuse to serve me, and make me feel totally unwelcome there. I paid shipping fees to be delivered to the comfort of my home. I understand it is a failure and refusal of UPS to do the job they are paid for and not clinique, but clinique is choosing to use this postal carrier which may impact if I order from clinique again.

My experience was great. My one criticism is that you don't offer Paypal or Google pay as a payment option - only credit cards. It is more convenient to use those options because you don't have to enter your credit card information.It is probably better for your business too, because the customer makes the purchase with one click instead of having to pull out their credit card and enter all the information.

I have been buying Clinique products for over fifty years.The containers are getting smaller and more expensive.The samples I use to receive helped me until the next promotion came along .I was able to go to the Bay and purchase my products.

After I paid the order and received the email, you said one sample was out of stock, no replacement for it. If you don’t have it, don’t put it in the list or give another one to replace it. Actually I was looking for the 7-pieces sample, but It’s over when I ordered. Anyway if you haven’t the samples, please don’t show it, it likes cheating customers.

Products sent very nicely packaged as though for a gift and very speedy delivery after purchase. One flaw though is that it is like a "Catch 22" situation. I was purchasing because my points were to expire but by purchasing I accumulated more points which upon expiry date would also expire. I discussed this with to whomever I was dealing and was given a case number in order to have these points left as is. There are 43 if I am correct. The case number ID is 16194310. Please use this number to keep the points I have accumulated. Thank you.

The site is often glitchy, especially at checkout. Sometimes discounts do not appear when they were entered and I need to really check carefully because it has happened more than once.

Website was fine just unfortunately a number of eye shadow colours are no longer available and very disappointing for legacy Clinique users. The duos and quads often don’t have the right combos of colours or ones in quads in particular that never get used as either very dark or odd colours. Singles are the best or ability to chose own pairings in a duo would be ideal but colours keep disappearing like purple pixie and pacific coast and frosted blossom

I completed my survey after this purchase, commenting on my dissatisfaction with not getting my bonus items and was told l would be contacted by someone. I have never heard back from anyone. I try and time my bigger purchases to the bonuses so l can try new or different products. If they are out of that item, customers should be advised at the time!! I love Clinique products and have been a customer for a long time. Due to limited stores to purchase products, l rely on the website for my purchases and wish it was more reliable!!

My only problem with ordering today was -- whenever I tried to go into my past purchases to see what I had ordered because I was ordering the same, the screen only lasted a few seconds and then it would hop somewhere else. I eventually gave up and went to my makeup bag to get the information. It could be the fact I am on a computer and not ordering from my phone. This was frustrating but hey I will live! I feel petty even saying this but who knows maybe other people experience it too if they are on a computer like me. Bottom line I got my order in. I want to end on a positive note - I love Clinique, I've been using it for almost 50 years. It is the ONLY makeup I can wear that I don't react to. (I just turned 69) Thank you!

I am dissatisfied with the mascara that I purchased. I didn't like how thick it was, it made my eyes feel dry and when I washed it off, there were fleckes of mascara all over my face. I didn't think I was able to return the item.

When I ordered from the website, it said all orders over $100 would receive a free bag. I did not receive. I’m also having a terrible time opening the makeup remover cap from bottle. I have opened many other bottles with the same type of spill proof lid… but this one I haven’t managed to open. But. My husband finally opened. After several tries.

At checkout I was offered a bonus cosmetic bag with products for $85 purchase. I amended items to reach amount, but checkout added a tote bag which I could not remove. I would have greatly preferred the first bonus but there was no way to go back to get it.

I ordered $106.00 worth of products and I was looking forward to receiving the bonus which was a Clinque make up bag with a few items with it. I contacted customer service and I told them I wanted the bonus gift. The customer service representative told me that I was not eligible for that gift because I had ordered from Canada. The gift I wanted was only available to US customers. The customer service representative told me the bonus I was eligible for was a product I did not need. I am quite disappointed.
