I used my points that are expiring this month for a product once my purchase went through I received an email saying it was not available. I did not get my points back and I have until mid August to use them. I was very disappointed.

I came to get sunscreen and none were available. When I clicked on the new section, one of the sunscreen links brought me to a broken link, which was annoying. But very happy with the free gifts and was also happy that when I forgot my password, my credit card info was erased - I appreciate that extra layer of protection.

However the website is a bit confusing, especially the rewards… I already collect points but it’s telling me to join again, also choosing the reward products is difficult. I spent hours trying to redeem 3 separate offers, a birthday reward - no choice given for gift, an anniversary reward-no code received so could not redeem and redemption of 698 points- website would not let me select the items to make up the 698 points.
