Hard to understand what was discounted and by how much, what wasn't, what qualified for the gift - I thought my purchase did but it didnt show up. At one point it looked like I was getting another bottle of moisturizer but then I wasn't despite still meeting the dollar value thresh hold. I used to buy Clinique at the Bay, I loved my sales help she knew what I wanted, I always did gift, she always threw in a few extras because I spent A LOT. Now she's at Shoppers much further away, they cant ship and its hard to see her. The experience isn't the same and shopping online is annoying. I cant compare products, I dont want to talk to a bot, there is no opportunity to feel the product. Don't discount the value of relationships, I always bought more from a person. If Shoppers would ship she'd still have my business and I'd probably buy more. At this point what's the difference between Clinique and some other like priced brand?
