I have been purchasing Clinique products for over 50 years. I honestly love your products and have been using your "yellow" moisturizer since I was 18 years old, never missing a day unless too ill or for some reason. I was very dissatisfied with my dreadful experience trying to place an order this evening. I only wanted to purchase the $90.00 gift set with the silver make-up bag with all my favorite pieces in it. I tried for literally hours and every time I went to check out, it would empty my bag and not allow me to do so. So, I added an item that I did not need to see if I could get the gift set that I wanted and that was the only way your system would let me check out...by purchasing an item I did not need nor want, as I just purchased it a couple of weeks ago from you. So that was not good service at all and I wish you would read this and remove the "men's shaving/moisturizer set" from my order and allow me to just purchase the one expensive gift set that I tried for hours to order and your set-up would just not allow it, so in case it sold out, I was forced to add an item to my cart, that I did not want to purchase at this time, so I just chose the cheapest item I could find, to see if you would allow me to check out, and yes, sure enough I was then permitted to checkout, which I was totally not pleased about at all.
