During your 40% sale, the website was painfully slow to update on quantity. I wish there were a way to type in the quantity of a particular item, rather than incrementally increasing it by 1, and then waiting for the update and then adding another, waiting, then more waiting. That experience almost made me exit and forget it.

My online experience was great, but I honestly prefer to shop at the Clinique counter. I only put online so that I could use my rewards points. I checked to see that if I could use my rewards points at the clinic counter, but it said that I couldn’t.

I love Clinique and buy from the site frequently and appreciate the special offers etc. The website itself is frustrating as often won't process a promo code or when trying to check out it takes you back to home page. Even my Daughter who has a Masters of Science in Website Development and User Experience from a fine East Coast University has trouble with the site and she is the tech wiz kid.
