Would be great to have some gifting options, e.g. small card to add with a short message, gift wrap add on such as logo tissue paper and bag or equivalent, gift receipt etc. - to make the purchase as a gift, especially during holidays, even for an additional $. Also would be great to know exactly when the order is arriving, better tracking with SMS notifications.

I ordered the wrong product. I immediately reached out to Clinique but the chat was useless. Extremely slow conversation. While waiting for chat responses I found a number to call. I called the number and definitely spoke to one of the least educated human at Clinique. Finally I got a return label out of them. All of this while still waiting on chat response. I retuned the product and tried chat after my tracker number showed it was returned more than a week to see where my credit was. No one on chat seemed to comprehend what I was looking for. I could not find a phone number to call or email to write to so I had to dispute the charge on my credit card to get credit. This goes down as one of the worst CS experiences

Easy to order from, a little disappointed because I waited 1 day to ask a friend a question regarding the black honey color mascara and missed the gift with purchase.
