I came to the website because I saw a Clinique Glow Foundation on another website, so I wasted to buy that. I saw it was discontinued, which was disappointing. I would appreciate if Clinique had a foundation with a more radiant finish. However, I've been using Clinique products for 20 years, and they are great, so I went ahead and purchased my usual foundation, even better. I did try the glow serum, so we'll see if I can mix that with the even better foundation to give it more of a glow finish. I needed some more black honey, so I got a tube of that and then saw the black honey nail polish, which I'm so excited to try! I also got a couple trial size sets to test out. I'm getting older, so I got the 3 step night set, and excited to see how that works. I'm sure I'll be back to get the full sets, bc I have no doubt they will be amazing.

I am disappointed that you no longer carry the 3 mini facial soap bars. So, last time I ordered, I had to the large facial soap bar and cut it up into pieces that fit my hand. Now today the facial bar it out of stock. Does that mean you are no longer going to have it for sale?

My skin is extremely sensitive, and I’ve struggled with acne and whiteheads for years. After doing a lot of research, I found that Clinique’s cleansing balm consistently had some of the best reviews and was praised for being incredibly gentle. I stopped by Ulta today to get a sample, and it was honestly the best makeup remover I’ve ever used. Keep in mind, I wear makeup every single day. It removed everything from my face without irritation, stinging, or discomfort. My skin felt clean, soft, and calm afterward. I was so impressed that I went ahead and ordered two of the large sizes online. I also took advantage of a promotion code, and they included eight extra gifts plus a tote bag. How could I complain? It was one of the best deals I’ve ever gotten. So yes, Clinique, you’ve officially gained a lifetime loyal customer. 💕

I’m a member yet my receipt has a delivery fee although it should not been charged. My subtotal was over $100 but no indication that I will receive the free offer. Same thing every time with this site. False advertising, false promises. I had to order because of my schedule but will not order from you in the future. There are a lot of competing brands that are as good or better.

I have used Clinique for over 30 years and have been very happy. In May I chatted with a representative who could not answer my question and said I would get an email within 24 hours that never happened. A few day later I chatted again and she pulled up my chat and apologized. Went over it all again and she said someone from the team would get back to me in24 hours again no contact Now you can see why I am upset with Clinque
