Site Experience FeedbackNov 24, 2025
I wish that I could make a specific recommendation about my experience using the website. This was my first online purchase from Clinique on-line. I have been using this brand since I was a teenager so I'm familiar with what I was looking for. The amount of product and how it was categorized in multiple ways was both helpful and distracting. I also would like to easily see recommended products based on age (I first used Clinique at 15, I'm 55 now). If it's there I didn't find it right away, but that could be because I'm 55 or because navigating the web page wasn't as intuitive as I would like. My main reason for shopping on-line today (besides the 35%off deal that was happening) is that I'm trying the even better foundation because I like the idea of using a product that I don't necessarily have to layer with sunscreen but will protect my skin while trying to convince people that I am (or at least once was) a fair Irish Potato Maiden who lives in Colorado now and doesn't want to look like an old crone quite yet. Protecting my skin with products that provide protection while helping me to look like my best at 55 is what I was looking for. The site wasn't as easy to navigate on my phone, slightly more intuitive on a computer. Still, if I'm being honest the 35% off deal really locked me in on today being the day that I try a new product from a company that has been helping me keep my skin healthy for over 40 years. Fun fact Clinique, something you've been doing is right because even though I admit the lighting was bad when this happened, just this past weekend I had someone tell me they thought I was 42. I'll take the compliment and the win. Cheers!
