I ordered the incorrect product from my now most second recent purchase. I ordered the dramatically different lotion instead of the gel. When going through the site, the product image for the lotion is the normal size whereas for the gel, it is the travel size. This lead to my confusion of purchashing the incorrect product. When going to make a return, come to find out I have to return the gift set along with the product and cannot include one in my next purchase. I tried explaining via the online chat that basically a simple exchange is occuring and if there is any way to include the gift set on my new order. To give more context, since I ordered 2 items in the order that qualified for the gift set. Well, since I must return the product but am purchasing one at the same price, I think I should be able to keep the gift set or be sent a new one. I love clinique products very much but they are more on the priceier side so being able to receive a free gift set really makes my purchase worth while. I understand I ordered the wrong product and it was an online order, but I would really like to have a gift set with my new purchase.
