1st let me begin by telling you I am 69, so online buying isn't my forte. I had a problem after adding a 15% [thanx] promotion code. It took away my 4 free gifts and couldn't figure out why...10 mins later, I figure it out...the 15% discount reduced my total that was needed for the free gift..huh. Right kinda confusing...might be nice to remind me, that the free gift is before any and all discounts. For me, it was a better deal without the discount and getting the 4 frrebies....I did work it out, right before finding a customer service number, which probably would have told me to hold or better yet chat. I don't drive and have some medical conditions or I would have gone into a department store to buy your products. Talking with a Clinique Consultant gave me lots of tips and almost always walked out with a new product or something I had used before, but didn't quite get how to get the most out of..now I did. And samples...who doesn't love samples. Yes I'm old school, but there was just something special about the Clinique counter at May Co, or any department store. Miss it. As long as I can still get my products, I'm happy..and I'm getting two samples...life ain't bad at times. Thank you.
