I absolutely HATE the games played with online vs. in-store discounts. While you have a 30% friends and family online , there is also a 35% online sale on moisturizers, cleansers and toners ( which means I have to place a second order if I am buying those items along with others at 30%), then there is a “free gift” in the stores at the same time. So I pay full price to get a travel size item that I don’t get to choose color, or whether I even need it. Some full sizes offered (again not my choice) with higher purchase. Just have the same discounts whether in-store or online, and let me pick what I need and like if you are offering gimmick ‘free’ stuff. Let my Clinique sales expert in-store decide what little extras I get based on my needs/wants when I make a purchase. Your pricing is way too high for some lines that can be purchased at a dermatology office with more Medicinal value. Better lines with higher derm backing than Clinique. I’ve switched my higher end product line because of this. Too many options waters down your expertise and reliability.
