Your website is awful! Too busy. Images flying all over the place.
Today I could get to the sign in boxes.. I could see them, but when I moved cursor to get there, images blocked the boxes
Same with the search function, I clicked on the icon, but took several tried to get to the box to enter info.
I wanted to edit the number of items in bag (get fewer or more)- but I couldn't do that from the bag. Had to delete and reenter.
It's just clunky. (But I will say, it's no longer the worst. For YEARS I said it was the worst - but my gym redesigned their website which I deemed "worse than Clinique's!"
USUALLY customer service helps. Today they were not helpful (nice, but unable to help)
Also, for days I've been getting email about site wide 30% off and also 35% off THINGS I BUY. But the SAVE35 expired at 3am.....
Not the end of the world - all of this is first world problems - but I really do hate using your site.
You should find out who designed the site where I paid my taxes on line - SO easy! Buying mascara shouldn't be harder than paying taxes.
