Stunned at how price of Clinique has increased. Is this tariff related?
UX today was clunky. So took me 5 mins vs 2 mins to check out. NBD but since you asked, sharing what was not a "seamless customer experience".
If I hadn't seen the 25off code on social media, I would have missed the make-up discount. I was hunting around for the instagram offer code when my HONEY app applied it.
In addition, initially trying to check-out on my phone last night from the Instagram ad was clunky. I had logged into my account on my mobile, yet my cart was gone on repeated clicks. So I logged in from my laptop today --where my full cart was indeed still there.
Lastly, not obvie that I had to add all the bonus offers (vs them being auto applied). Figured that out pretty quickly. Will know for future. Figure you want people to opt in on bonuses to save you shipping things people don't want.
