Ordered a bedroom set (bed frame with headboard, two night stands, dresser, and chest of drawers). Delivery was scheduled and communication with that was fine (although it’s a little crazy to expect someone to be available all day and only update the 3 hour delivery window the night before). Get a call the morning of delivery that the headboard arrived damaged and won’t be delivered but the rest of the order (including the chest which was originally going to be delivered later/separately so that part was good). Upon delivery, it’s discovered that the dresser is the wrong color (white instead of gray which was ordered/confirmed). Get told to keep it and set up an “exchange” as it will be faster than rejecting delivery. Find out exchange will take two weeks. The really bad part is the headboard is now out of stock until the end of November (6 weeks?!) and actually the website says estimated delivery is January which is insane. Get stuck with the gigantic boxes of side rails/slats/footboard for the bed that cannot be put together for apparently upwards of 2-3 months while waiting for headboard. The night stands and chest of drawers seem fine until I go to move the chest 6 inches to the right and two of the legs FALL OFF. I look underneath and one of the legs was completely not screwed in (premium delivery - came “assembled”) and worse, the wood around one of the legs is completely broken/missing and the screw is not able to secure the leg. Submitted a damage claim and have not heard anything yet. So out of five pieces of furniture, one is wrong, one is broken, and one I won’t have until next year possibly. Overall not a great experience but i’m hoping for a proper resolution on all issues…
