I was happy with every aspect of my purchase except the lack of information about the product on the website. I wanted basic information about the interior measurements of the cabinet. I contacted customer support using the online chat for the missing information. The agent was very professional and helpful, but she didn't have that information either and had to contact someone else to get it. She did follow up with me as promised and emailed the information shortly after our chat. The delivery experience was far better than what I received from 2 other well-known, high end furniture stores. City delivered soon after my order, showed up on time, and the guys were professional and respectful of my home. I was very happy with my experience and would look at City Furniture for future purchases for the delivery experience alone. I think you should offer a way to tip the delivery guys after the fact. People don't have cash anymore, and they did a great job. I felt bad I did not have anything to give them.
