Terrible delivery experience! Delivery was scheduled and ended up being canceled due to product out of stock ! A week later I had to call and ask what’s going on ! They magically got it back in stock . Day of delivery , bed was delivered and assembled , but leg of bed frame was damaged! Called customer support and they send a technician to fix the leg ! 2 days later technician shows up and can’t fix the leg ! Tells us to call customer support ! Next day new bed frame will replaced damage bed frame . Delivery guys lie about time , scheduled 1-4 pm show up at 7:30 pm , im with a baby who they bang on the door very loud ! They replace only the leg and not the bed frame ! They say the new bed frame is also damaged ! Then screw the new leg on and Call customer support , before completing the job , felt very rushed and pressure ! Then my husband gets home and noticed the leg is not fully screwed on ! We honestly are so disappointed at this moment , we had to miss work a few time to
Be sure someone was home to receive all these mistakes ! Truly disappointed!
