Tried to use coupon code that came in the mail (25 off 150 or more)....said I couldn't use it and wouldn't give me a reason, even tried chatting with bot and still wouldn't give me a reason. I feel like that may be by design as ive never been able to get these codes to work, felt very deceptive.

a little frustrated that the shipping said free for over $99 but when I went to check out it added shipping charges of over $200! then i switched to store pick up and had to completely start order over to clear out the shipping charges.

I called Camping World Kingston yesterday. They said they had the Lippert 3500lb trailer jack I was looking for in stock. I told them I would come today to pick it up. I asked if I needed to pay in advance to save the part. They said no need. I showed up this morning to purchase. The two units they had in stock had been sold before I showed up at noon!!! I live 1h30 from the store so I wasted 3 hours of driving + gas for nothing! They suggested I order on line instead. The next closest store is 2hours + from where I live. By the time I got home to order online, the price had gone up from $249.52 yesterday to $257.01 today! And it will take about 10 days before I get the part. While I ordered because I live in a remote area and my other options are limited, I will not recommend your store in Kingston to my RV friends for sure!
