I was waiting to get to this part of the survey where I could write how amazing everyone working at that building was with impending doom of an ice storm Friday… Everyone in the building communicated as well as they could given the circumstances with every customer cordially, including those that were really rowdy. It's really the first time I have shopped there since it has been gander because I don't typically camp, but I am more likely to camp if that's the kind of people I would deal with. I'm sure this may have happened at other locations, but everybody in that building deserves a raise for putting up with a general public, working overtime, treating us like WE were THEIR family helping us get ready for the storm. I purchased two generators to be safe, but I wound up sending them down to North Mississippi, so even though I didn't use them they went to good use because they helped to get them to me. I'm probably going to send them a gift certificate for lunch but PLEASE make sure not one of these very hard-working, extremely nice and helpful people are not chastised… No matter what you hear in person or calls or on here. I DON'T KNOW WHAT CAMPING WORLD IS LIKE IN THE REST OF THE COUNTRY, BUT IF ONE OF THE LOCATIONS WAS AS GOOD AS THIS ONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE STAFF, YOU WOULDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING.
