Terrible experience. Ordered 2 items online, got a ready for pickup email (as well as one saying it was picked up?) and got there and they didn't have them ready. Why would you email me telling me they were ready when you didn't physically have them? I understand that there was a storm coming but that was no excuse for bad customer service. The cashier reps tried their best to help but they understandably had no idea what was going on but because the manager had fulfilled the order, they needed him to fix it. I waited at the counter for 30-45 minutes for him to come, berate me for the website letting me order something that "it shouldn't have let you buy that because of the storm" and offer no solution. We eventually came to an agreement about how we could fix the item that I was charged for despite them having, and when they went to cash me out and fix everything, the manager instructed the cashiers to not adjust the price so not only did I not get what I paid for, I had to pay extra for a workaround to fix their mistake. What a joke. Will not be back and have told my neighbors to not patronize this location either.
