I contacted support chat because I did not realize there are 2 levels of ordering. The shipping costs were what threw me off: why offer free shipping at $55 when the min. order was $1000? The human agent clearly answered my questions and routed me to the correct product for my needs. I received my order in 2 shipments since I did not order in multiples of 12. That was fine because I was not on a tight schedule, but could be problematic for some.
