This company is amazing and fast. I was worried it could be a scam. But it was not. I have been coming back to buy in bulk for my favorite household items. They have great prices and are cheaper than stores. Very on top of communication. Send you updates and answer any questions. I absolutely love coming back. This would be great for back-to-school bulk too.

Our tax firm uses Avery two-pocket folders for our client's copy of their return. Bulk Office Supply is the least expensive option for the same product we have found online. We only purchase once a year, but save over $100 compared to ordering the same volume from Amazon.

Example of a terrible listing description is the 2 pocket folders with prongs, where the system said 25/box, 5 boxes/carton. Minimum purchase is Qty 5. Enter the qty we want to purchase - well, Qty of what? - 5 boxes, 5 cartons? It would be very helpful to know if I was committing to a quantity of 5 boxes totaling 125 folders, or if I was committing to a quantity of 5 cartons totaling 500 folders. I ultimately decided it was 5 boxes because next to the price on the main listing page I saw BX, and decided not to buy because they were too expensive at that price - I was looking for student folders for under 50 cents each. So if the number of cartons is irrelevant to the purchasing screen, then remove it. Why not just list: "25 folders/box, 5 box/carton, Minimum Qty is 1 Carton." Telling me the number in a carton is useless if you still want me to order by # of boxes. Also, your company took 5 days to process our sales tax exemption, and several of the items we want to buy were sold out by the time you processed it. Frustrating when other companies can process them overnight. Lastly, there are headphones we want to purchase, but are afraid to because there is no description listed at all. So we don't know what brand, we don't know if there is no mic or a mic, we don't know any of the info we need to decide if it's going to meet our student's needs. Great selection, Great Prices, navigation could be improved slightly and more check out options would be beneficial like amazon pay! Would be super nice to know an estimated date of arrival. I don't have the slightest clue as to when i can expect to receive my order....

Good response time good shipping - the product itself uses a lighter cardstock than the manufacturer has used in the past - need a slightly heavier card - otherwise no issues to report

I've tried to buy from your website before, but I was always left confused as to your purchasing requirements. I only figured it out by trial and error. The minimum requirements were not always easy to parse - sad to say, it was ChatGPT that helped me figure it out. Silly, right? At least I persisted, because our law firm uses TONS of 3M products that have skyrocketed in price in recent years.
