No problems with the Products themselve(s), nor the Product Description(s), nor with the Pricing, nor with Delivery/Receiving time on my first order in July'05, nor with the basic online form for Ordering, nor with the option to pay through PayPal (always my first choice). All well and good.
Now, The BIG Problem for you to Resolve for me by NOT Charging Me Twice for my One Single Order today. The price I agree t pay without dispute will appear as my Second Charge today on your records in the amount of $57.94. Of which I successfully navigated through on the order form filing-out, to order one carton of (12Rolls) of White Hardwound Roll Paper Towels #GJ022300 using my (refreshed) PayPal account. My first (false) order today went smoothly through onto my PayPal and Discover accounts as he amount being charged to me being $54.15 in both PayPal and DISCOVER CARD., BUT BUT BUT the order NEVER FINALIZED, and the product STAYED IN THE Shoppng CART.. Meaning--I paid for it 'successfully', but I will receive NOTHING. I am kindly asking you simply drop that $54.15 false charge immediately against my PayPal and Discover Card accounts. The problem Started because I am having to change my computer and PayPal accounts around at home in prep for mandatory obsolescence from Microsoft 10 in two days. The true problem is on your end where you have my 'delivery address' as being "Verified", but I encountered a couple places I would have made corrections, but your system did offer me that latitude of choice. When I submitted the order it went first to PayPal /Discover for immediate approval (it was), and it is now on my accounts as bill to be paid, UNTIL YOU HAVE IT REMOVED!!! Thank you, James D.
