Brilliant Earth made it super simple to look through multiple designs and compare. I liked how I could change the band width and choose the carat of the gold as well. I loved picking out a specific diamond rather than a standard size, clarity, and cut on the band that I knew she would love.

did not receive the promotional jewelry for purchase of 1000 dollars or more with purchase of the necklace. The necklace itself is beautiful and met our expectations

My husband wanted to purchase a gift for me or my up coming birthday. I choose these love diamond drop earrings that are petite and could be worn everyday, going out to dinner and if i want a hint of sparkle for a special occasion. I decied to go with Brillant Earth because I respect their views and I love their designs...Only wish I was getting engaged because there are some BEAUTIFUL settings to choose from!!! Overall, I was extremely pleased with my purchase.

Was very happy with your selection of lab diamond rings.

Brilliant Earth is where my oldest daughter got her engagement rin and it was stunning. This purchase was disappointing. The diamond was so tiny, much smaller than it appeared online. I do not believe I would of purchased this piece if I saw it in person. This is especially disappointing since it was purchased as a gift for my daughter passing the Bar exam. I do not think it has the wow factor I was expecting.

It was simple and easy. Took me a second to find how to filter my search. I do wish there were even more affordable options just to throw in on top of my main purchase.

The quality of the product itself is great and customer service is fantastic and I appreciate talking to a person instead of a bot. However, the presentation of the earrings was super disappointing and we have had to scramble and spend extra money and time to correct that.

Amazing, easy to navigate. This was a plain band to add to a stack and thanks to the staff when I visited in person I knew exactly what size and style to get

I am very satisfied with my recent experience at Brilliant Earth. The website is great, and the filtering on the website is really exceptional. But nothing compared to the experience I had in the showroom with Ethan Wilson. He really helped answer questions that online can't, and seeing the actual size of a ring in person really makes a difference compared to the website. I wish the website gave measurement information in one of the photos, or let you compare two rings side by side in one photo.

The site was easy to navigate and find what i need. Had plenty of options to choose from. I had to choose a different billing option because it couldn't find my credit card number even though I checked it several times. Wasn't a big issue. I was still able to do a 0% interest option.

Nowhere during the entire purchasing or checkout process did it say signature was required upon delivery. I also paid additional $30 to expired the delivery. Obviously no one was home to receive it because I was not aware that we had to sign and then it became a nightmare to get it and I had to take a day off from work. This was a gift for me for my daughter on her wedding one of the gifts, I will never order from you normally ever recommend your company to anyone you added so much stress to my life during a very difficult stressful time.

Just recently purchased a wedding ring and band. Was nervous making such a large purchase without seeing it in person. When they arrived they both exceeded my expectations.

It was not obvious that when shopping for earrings the carat weight is split between the two. Ex. 1 carat earrings equals .5ct each earring.

I order a pair of diamond stud earrings, and the pair was mismatched. The setting and stone on one earring was significantly smaller than the other. I have returned them via mail and am waiting on the exchange which I’m told could take 2-3 weeks.

The experience at Brilliant Earth is one to remember. It started with my girlfriend and me attending the date night ring appointment, and it led to me buying the ring I'm going to propose to her with.
