They have the most amazing and unique kinds of jewelry. The ring i got was something I have never seen and I love the items that most people probably wouldn't. The diamonds are beautiful. The shape is just so awesome I couldn't help but want it. If ya want something worth the money with a ton of options and designs and quick delivery this is the place. I looked at a ton of sites and no one had what this one has. I am so glad I found this company.

I like the ease of purchasing what I want and the options online. Wish the pictures showed actual size and a full interpolation from all sides of the ring with each option selected though. Otherwise very good product and delivery

The earrings shown on your web site, and the ones I ordered, were not the same as what I received. The diamonds around the center stone were grouped in clumps of three, instead of being evenly spaced like they were shown on the web site. It was the reason I ordered them, and I’m disappointed with the way the ones look that I received.

Today's use of the website, as used from my desktop computer, was fine. But the website as being used from the cellphone... that was problematic. All other problem aside, the ring size selection menu wouldn't drop down. So it looked like there were only 3 sizes offered on any ring. The customer service is what made up for it though. I had good consistent communication with a member of the staff who was very helpful

Disappointed that the two identical sets of earrings came in one gift box instead of two. The little diamond chips could have also been in a gift box as they are all seperate gifts.

I will recommend Brilliant Earth. Although the item I bought was not at the grade I expected. Its my impression that $498.00 for a silver chain, although 36 ins long is too expensive, considering I can hardly see the diamonds.

Very clear product options and pricing. Fairly competitive, rest assured quality is there which justifies pricing. Great branding and customer service experience online. I did get mix information in person from sales rep which was not the most pleasant experience in that respect, however it’s been good shopping experience nonetheless.

Placed an order for a men’s ring. I immediately emailed support asking about the ring weight and the “free” gift that came with it. I did not use the code at checkout and wanted to see if they could add it. I never received a response.
