Bad is the IGI certificates lack transparency; they do this to hide the actual mark up in their diamonds; can be upwards of 3k. There is significant markup in their prices and they don't try to work with their customers. They do have a good selection and offer brick and mortar stores.

honestly like Brilliant Earth⁠ and am very happy with the product quality. The only disappointing part of my experience was the delivery process. I paid for early delivery, but ended up having to go to FedEx and pick up the item myself. There didn’t seem to be a way to contact the carrier directly, which was frustrating. That said, the product itself was exactly what I expected and I’m pleased with my purchase. Hopefully the shipping experience will be improved next time. Outside of that issue, I would definitely recommend their products. Rating suggestion: 4 out of 5 stars — great product, but the delivery experience needs improvement.

I found the earrings I was looking for, but I was unsure of their size. I purchased them anyways because at the price they were listed for, I figured there had to be a decent size lab created gem stone on each stud. The package arrived within the time window originally stated, however, the package arrived soaking wet and damaged. Upon opening the wet cardboard box, I found the large box holding the earring studs. The box was large for what were probably the tinniest gem stone earring studs I have ever seen. I wanted to return them because I had spent a lot for something that you could barely even see from 5 feet away. But my girl friend saw them and just LOVES any and all jewelry and had to have them anyways. It was suppose to be her birthday present anyways, but I feel like I could have spent my money somewhere else and gotten a much better deal.

Open the box about three minutes after it was delivered, and the ring was completely scratched. I took hours and hours to call people to get any sort of resolution started. I had to call a store halfway across the country to speak with an actual person that seemed to give any sort of care to the situation. No resolution has still been made so I have no choice, but to propose with a scratched, bring this weekend and then pay to have it fixed when I received a damaged product from the start.

The discount for wiring payment should be higher than 1.5% when retailers pay credit card providers 3-4%. Also, I use Venmo vs. PayPal. Expand payment options.

Great value in both the product and price. The earrings were beautiful, and Brilliant Earth’s reputation gave me enough confidence to make a purchase online without first seeing the item in person. Unfortunately, the in-store pickup experience did not reflect that same level of quality. As a first-time customer, I did not feel particularly welcomed, and during my roughly 10-minute wait there was little effort made to create a hospitable or engaging experience. The associate who assisted with my pickup completed the transaction, but the interaction felt very transactional and impersonal. I am not expecting a red-carpet experience for an online pickup order. However, I do believe every customer should feel valued, regardless of whether they are picking up a $1,000 purchase or spending $10,000+ on jewelry. My impression was that smaller or younger buyers may not receive the same level of attention or warmth, which is disappointing for those who are choosing your brand for an important milestone or special occasion. The product exceeded my expectations, but the customer service experience left me feeling less appreciated as a customer than I had hoped

I have been in the process of getting something set up to buy this beautiful ring for the love of my life <3 I wanted to get them something authentic, elegant, and something to fit their style. More clarification on why stones with the same 4C's can have a pricing spread of $8k+. Is it dimensions? Proportions? Low end vs high end of the range of the same standard? No information available on site and requires 3rd party research to determine why there's a spread or what the difference is between stones.

It was super easy to figure out what I wanted through the filters in the app and ordering it was also a breeze. They give you a free gift over 1k so that was huge and it got here 5 days early. I didn’t need it early but I appreciated already having it.
