I was excited to have a colorful flowerbed. I ordered lilies, planted them as soon as I could. Only 2 out of 8 came up. Not sure if it was the stock or something I did wrong. Haven't complained because maybe they may come up next year?

My order comes in parts as some is shipped in Spring then Fall. Mt hosta is growing great but my Cupid Culvers Root is not growing at all so i'm not happy about that

2 of my new hostas did not grow at all I was told to show proof. The roots are gone and these were not ordinary hostas. So I’m not only out that money but the hostas too I’m not impressed

Brecks has very high quality flower bulbs and I like that. They don't always accurately depict the colour shades correctly, however.

My interactions with Brecks Canada customer service representatives have been pleasant. They all have been courteous. Professional. The quality of products I received have always been superb, surpassed my expectations. Bring me great 😊 joy, so much so that I plan to order more of the same products. I missed out on promotions/discounts and free shipping because I didn't know where to enter codes provided. With the help of customer service I am now aware. Thank you Brecks.

I received some plants that appeared rotten. I planted them following the planting instructions and intend to allow some time to see if they germinate, and if not, will call customer support. In prior years, I have ignored similar issues, due to the lack of time, but now, things are too expensive and I cannot ignore.

Overall a great experience- have already told lots of people about you guys. The only other comment I have is that the website stated that I qualified for free magazine subscriptions. Perhaps it was only for the USA? The website didn't clarify. I wrote to Brecks inquiring about the subscriptions, but never got a response back. Other than this overall a solid positive experience. My plants have done great. You aced it! 100% congratulations. Thanks -Fareena

I don’t like to purchase items that come as a small piece of very fine root. I have not had success with items that are small and fine. My problem, not the product.

I received the plant roots that I ordered a bit too early in the growing year, I think this lead to the complete failure of everything that I ordered even though I planted them when received and I used compost and proper planting instructions. I just think I will only purchase plants in person in the future. I think I spent $250 is on the order and have nothing to show for it at this point. I just think the entire order was a waste of money and time.

I was offered free shipping on two separate occasions if I ordered more than $100 worth of items. I was charged for the shipping both times. I was refused a refund from customer service. I will never shop at Breck’s again. I will tell everyone I know not to shop at Breck’s. A totally dishonest and misleading company.

Product quality - those I ordered & planted last fall did not come up in spring. If there were several bulbs only 2 out of 5 or 10 out of 20 came out & the rest not at all. Those that were ordered & planted in spring only one plant is coming out, the rest did not despite following planting instructions. Still awaiting reply from Customer Service for email sent in May.

Bulbs arrived as ordered, have planted them now we wait to see. Most of the bulbs that I have ordered in the past came up those that didn’t Breck’S either replaced or a credit was given No questions ask. Would recommend Breck’S for your bulbs.

Everything about this purchase went well. I have deducted points in a couple of categories only because of an overall issue with Breck’s, namely, I have to look up pictures across the internet of what I will be ordering before I order, because plant images on Breck’s site are so enhanced as to be inaccurate.

When i recieve my 5 orders 2 of them are rotten 3 i planted and so far 1 is sprouted already but the two i am still waiting maybe delay sprout. And my two rotten order I want them to replace but the staff said not available anymore so she guve me credit. Hopefully the two plants will sprout becuase i really like them. The customer service is good and they quicly answer my call and make solution. She said I will wait 4 to six weeks of the plant to sprout, i am thinking it is long wait.

Bonjour, J'ai commandé des ensembles et certaines plantes étaient plutôt chétives. Parfois, il y avait une belle racine et une très petite. Cependant, on m'a suggéré d'attendre 8 semaines avant de conclure si la plante était viable ou non.

Order (coreopsis) has been in the ground for 2 weeks now and no signs of life. I'm sorry but until I see something poking up through the soil I can't provide you with a reason to re-order in the future.
