I have made a number of purchases from Brecks as well as from other nursaries. I find that Brecks provides consistenct in its reliability - ordering - and product. Your website is excellent as it operates as one expects, logical, and I do not need to complete the order form over - and over.

Bulbs arrived as ordered, have planted them now we wait to see. Most of the bulbs that I have ordered in the past came up those that didn’t Breck’S either replaced or a credit was given No questions ask. Would recommend Breck’S for your bulbs.

Everything about this purchase went well. I have deducted points in a couple of categories only because of an overall issue with Breck’s, namely, I have to look up pictures across the internet of what I will be ordering before I order, because plant images on Breck’s site are so enhanced as to be inaccurate.

When i recieve my 5 orders 2 of them are rotten 3 i planted and so far 1 is sprouted already but the two i am still waiting maybe delay sprout. And my two rotten order I want them to replace but the staff said not available anymore so she guve me credit. Hopefully the two plants will sprout becuase i really like them. The customer service is good and they quicly answer my call and make solution. She said I will wait 4 to six weeks of the plant to sprout, i am thinking it is long wait.

Bonjour, J'ai commandé des ensembles et certaines plantes étaient plutôt chétives. Parfois, il y avait une belle racine et une très petite. Cependant, on m'a suggéré d'attendre 8 semaines avant de conclure si la plante était viable ou non.

Order (coreopsis) has been in the ground for 2 weeks now and no signs of life. I'm sorry but until I see something poking up through the soil I can't provide you with a reason to re-order in the future.

This is my second order and I am pleased with my purchases however, I was a bit confused on how to plant plant particular bulbs after soaking them for 30 minutes. A few of them seemed rotten.

I planted the roots as soon as I received the order and less than 50% were viable. Many seemed rotted or dead when I got them.

It took 18days for the delivery which was ordered may 29th. no reason, no follow up, no notification that the product was sent/or delivered(found it when I went to mail!!) DIDN'T KNOW HOW IT WAS BEING DELIVERED. Only Canada post will deliver here but because no one could tell me that they were being used I was checking with all delivery points closest is 15k away. Even when I called in they couldn't tell me instead told me ascend was the shipper no idea that they in fact handed it of to Canada post!!

The delivery time was good. Communication about delivery was excellent. I received the products I ordered. The dleivery box included planting instructions. Items were clearly identified.

I have just planted the items I ordered and am waiting for any signs of growth. Some of the roots were quite dry before soaking so I do not know if they will grow. I will comment again when I see signs of growth.

The tracking information was confusing. It made me think there was more than one package out for delivery although all items were in one box when received. A link to access the tracking site would also be helpful. It took several tries to get to the page that shows location information. Other than the tracking It was a great experience.

It was good when I finally got a response customer service seemed helpful after they took awhile to get back. but I my bulbs had mould some didn’t seem good and a lot were broken.

Because the postal service is so slow, I receive sometimes the products I have ordered are mush. My last order I received cheerleader ORANGE CONEFLOWER AND IT DID NOT LOOK GOOD. I PLANTED MY ORDER AND ALL HAVE COME UP EXCEPT THE CONEFLOWER. I am happy with everything I ordered, except one. Lynda Illidge

Shipping went through 3 different companies, and tracking was not updated for over a week- I was beginning to become concerned, so contacted all 3 shipping companies for answers- one replied saying that they had not received any tracking info yet. Eventually I contacted Breck’s, got no response and magically my tracking updated the next day. Unfortunately the final delivery company has one of the worst delivery reputations in our province, so I was very worried that my delivery may be lost or tossed on the side of the road in a random place or left on the side of the road by my house as they have a reputation of doing but luckily it finally arrived. Hopefully in the future Brecks uses a more reliable, easily trackable delivery carrier! The products that arrived were in relatively good shape, although the more expensive and larger variety that I purchased had very disappointingly small and broken tubers- they don’t look very viable for this year, but should be ok for next season. The smaller and cheaper variety that I purchased were perfect, robust, healthy and are already doing well.

A few of the items were dead rotted. I planted everything. I find whenever I order roots from the site they are not up to pare especially when they come up from the States. One set of the blue flowers had growth while the other batch was dead, too wet rotted. Something with the others. I will be surpriced if any of them grow.

This was my first time ordering from Beck's. The product arrived quickly, can't wait for my fall order to arrive. I am anxiously waiting for my plants to grow so I can enjoy it's beauty. Breck's products are usually of high quality! The packaging is secure so nothing breaks in transit. My orders are delivered on time and my account is easy to follow online. The customer service is normally professional and friendly. They try to accommodate the customer whenever possible. I would prefer free shipping, discounted shipping based on the total, or a discount for long term or regular customers but I understand they are a business. I would/do recommend them regularly. I do/will continue to use them!

For matured roots, I will appreciate if there is a picture of the root on how to plant it. The root arrived and I don’t which up or down, some roots are hard to identify specially for new gardeners like me. If there is a picture or guide how to position the root when planting that will be helpful. Thanks. But overall its a good purchase. My plants hasn’t sprouted yet, will see.

I ordered perennials: one hibiscus, 2 potentilla and 3 geraniums. All were well-packaged and seemed to arrive intact but were tiny with no signs of life. I followed instructions and planted these immediately. Only 2 of the three geraniums (out of the six plants received) is starting to show a few tiny green leaves. The others have no signs of being alive. Based on this experience, I can't recommend Breck's and I can't imaging ordering again.
