It took longer than usual for pages to load When I was trying to check out, my first and last name came up in red saying that they can not contain numbers My name does not contain numbers, because of this I had to start all over. It was frustrating.

This took to long yo complete order, not happy !!! Plus could not find a place to apply Boscovs Reward certificate. I tried using gift card slot but my Gift Card number exceeded #s allowed. My gift card # is 8000670267310327 with pin 9079 exp 1/31/2027. Very disappointed!

Even though I have an acct with Boscovs, I always have a hard time putting my orders thru. Once again, I had to check out as a “guest” in order to complete my purchase, so I’m not sure that I got my discounts even though I used my Boscovs charge card. This has happened to me many times, so I just check out as “guest” and am able to complete my order. Though, I must say, it is very frustrating!
