I paid for my order of two sweat sets to be mailed. However, one set was sent for pickup at local store. The local store did not know how to correct error. Customer service representative said I should cancel portion of order set for pickup and money would be refunded. I then was told to repurchase original set under new order number which did. Both sets were sent and received. HOWEVER, NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED. I have paid for three sets . Still awaiting refund of set cancelled because of store error of placing it for pickup.

I saw the dress on Boscov's but didn't buy it right away because it was sized S/M/L. I couldn't get the dress out of my mind and so took a chance and ordered the L size and was really surprised that it fit and with no need for alterations!

My high school reunion is fast approaching and needed a dress quickky. Without a doubt, Boscovs came through for me. I found several beautiful dresses online, ordered them. They arrived wrapped in crisp white tissue paper with a Boscovs sticker sealing the package. after trying on the dresses, I decided to keep all but one dress. Quality, style, and true to size!

My biggest frustrations are how slow the website is and the lack of detailed product images that allow me to view the shoes from all angles. Having to search Google or find the actual shoe in person to get a complete view is inconvenient. Overall, the website needs significant improvement, and I wish the company would invest in creating a faster, more user-friendly shopping experience.

I shopped at the Albany store but the store didn't have everything in stock that I wanted. I had a one day coupon that I used at the store and was valid for my online order as well. The only problem that I had was that I had problems when clicking on "place order". The website wasn't clear as to what the problem was. It ended up being the phone number which Boscov's had automatically filled for me. When I re-entered it, I was able to place the order.

I was looking for these shorts and a certain color. The picture on the web-site was what I wanted but what I got was just plain Khaki. I understand that the description was correct but the picture is of a different short. That is why I bought 2 pair because they are so hard to find these days.
