I found an item for a very good price after using google to search. I provided my email and phone number on Boscov's website in order to receive 10% discount. I ordered 2 items and used the code provided, but only the less expensive of the two was discounted. I saw no explanation why both were not included. I also applied for the military discount, then received an email that my status could not be verified and was instructed to bring necessary paperwork in to a store. I'm in SC so that is not a convenient option. I could have uploaded a DD214 or SCDL showing veteran status had the option been available. Boscov's prices are reasonable and I wasn't deterred from ordering, just puzzled about the above mentioned occurrences.

Great selection of products and great prices. Some of the pics are a little fuzzy, and fabric blends don’t list the percentage (such as what %% is cotton, etc.). Clear pics and information would be more helpful.

We had a good experience using the website, but when we went to make our purchase last night using the sale prices that ended that day it kept freezing and then would tell us order timed out. So we were never able to order it last night but today we went back in and luckily the sale prices were still the same for some reason so we were able to place our order today. Comforter was very nice - vibrant colors and substantive material. Shams were not shams they were pillow cases - very disappointed with that. Everything was shrink wrapped before placing in box and shipped. As a result the accent pillows were very flat, wrinkled and the stuffing inside was bunched up in the middle and nothing in the corners.
