I wasn’t happy that the coupon discount was applied to the item, but then I was charged for shipping. It feels like the discount was offset by the shipping charge, which defeats the purpose of the coupon.

I always find the website to be messy and not very user-friendly. It has definite glitches. I can't order several pieces of an item but a few different colors. It sends the site into a tailspin unless you back out of the product and go back in again for each color. Definitely a big time waster.

Overall, I had a good experience using the Boscov’s website. It was easy to search for what I wanted, view the product information, and place my order. I also liked having the option to choose in-store pickup. The checkout process was straightforward and easy to follow. I didn’t experience any major problems, although the website could be a little easier to navigate in some areas. Overall, the experience was convenient and I’m looking forward to picking up my order.

Item delivered on time but box was smashed ripped and broken on the one corner. The tote bag from Dooney & Bourke arrived a bit bend on the front side. Very poor packaging. Is my third order my previous order were shoes and the boxes also came smashed and broken… The packages arrive like the have been thrown around at every transport stop
