Could not sign in. Successfully changed my password 3 times but every time I tried to sign in I got an error message. Very frustrating. It would not process to my Boscov credit card either. Some other error. Had to use a different card.

Checkout has gotten better in times past, unexpected problems would occur at final checkout step. I'd have to call customer service. IU had selected 12 items and had to move away from the site only to find out when I got back a few minutes later my cart was wiped out. I did not press any keys to empty the cart, had to go back and reselect items. Don't know what happened.

The website is fine. Sometimes I wish the products were displayed larger, but adequate. The check out is easy and I have found Boscovs purchases to be delivered quickly and accurately. It certainly beats driving 35 miles to the nearest store.

It was a busy night in the store. There were no carts available. I had to carry my purchases all the way to the check out. Items kept falling since i had a lot of items. I most likely would have purchased more had I had the means to carry the items i selected to purchase.

I ordered a medium shirt. I received a large in the mail. I called and they said there was a mix up. They immediately sent me a new large one, but had to pay again. Then they sent me a mailing label to return the original shirt. I had to call twice to get thar as i did not receive the first one sent.. am waiting for the credit for the original one. I like the shirt, but was kind of a pain to take my time to call and then mail the original one back

I've been a long-time customer and have always liked Boscov's. I am a bit disappointed however that the on-line shopping is not offering the same discount as the in-store shopping. To me that means there really is any free shipping.
