I placed an online order. It seemed to take longer than normal to arrive. The package arrived with two pairs of sleep shorts that I didn’t order instead of the two shorts I did order. My boyfriend needs the shorts in one week. I feel that since this was Boscov’s mistake, they should rush deliver the correct shorts, but according to the customer service rep, that was not an option. The shorts are not available at the White Marsh store, so I can’t pick up the shorts. Very disappointed. I do shop at your store quite often and order online, so I consider myself a good customer. I do love Boscov’s, but this is disappointing.
