A quick search brought up the product i was looking for. I appreciate a step in the process where the final payment was not made immediately after inputing my card details. The 'Place Order' step prompt is a good idea because i had changed my mind about which card to use. So i was able to make admin changes before selecting 'Place Order'

Initially the price advertised online did not register in the cart. Customer support did not resolve. A few weeks later the same item was advertised again and I purchased as the sale price registered. I ordered the wrong size and exchanged it in the store. Only one size small available in the store for each color.

When checking out I selected ApplePay. I scanned the QR code and completed the purchase on my phone. The order did not go through and all my items remained in my cart but yet I still have the charge pending on my credit card. This is the second time this has happened to me and others. Boscov's customer service claims they can't issue a refund because there is no order number to issue a credit against. You need to get this problem fixed ASAP!
