The Boscov's website could use some improvements. The biggest one is that for some items, I've found that there are not always pictures of different colors available despite those being listed. I've noticed this with shoes and clothes.

Very bad! My saved items were not there when I went back to order them p, they deleted them for what reason well the website sucks, customer service sucks, they don’t offer free returns, they send me an email with coupon number and at check out would not take the 10% coupon sent to me, items descriptions bad, not enough information on items such as length, measurements, no brands size chart , items colors not provided, and many more issues, one can not enlarge the items to be able to see them close up, and many more issues.
