I had to order online because the store did not have the size I wanted. I had hoped to avoid the shipping charge by picking up at the store but you don’t offer that option. The shipping cost makes it not worth the sale. Especially since it is an exchange, another option you don’t offer.

I purchased four two piece candy dishes. One had a broken bottom. In order for me to return the product I would have spent more on postage than I would on the item that I purchased. I'm not sure how you solve that problem , but it did make me worry about other products that are going to be shipped.

Overall, I had a good shopping experience. Especially with the shoe sale. Boscov’s prices can’t be beat! Petite selection on the other hand, could be improved with more variety and current styles. I was disappointed to find that not all colors for items looked at were on website to view. Makes it difficult to choose which color to get. In this case, I am more apt to skipping the item if I don’t see a color I like rather than risk ordering a color I cannot see. Other than that, the checkout process was very easy with the Boscov’s Pay option and quick. I also might add that the birthday discount was an added incentive to purchase more than I intended to. Love discounts!
