I didn't understand that I couldn't apply an "Extra 10% off" coupon because the items in my cart were already on sale. I called and was told I couldn't "stack coupons", so I think the banner at the top of the site was misleading because it said "Extra" 10% off. But I do enjoy your site.

It took me a couple of days to finalize the order. It kept telling me my account number was incorrect. It was correct every time I entered it. When I called customer support the woman was either eating something or chewing gum, and didn’t seem to want to be bothered by me. She made me mad so I finally just hung up. Because of all this I was not able to use my reward certificate which expired yesterday. It was only $4.80, but it would have helped. Also one of the items had disappeared, so I guess it was sold out by the time I finally was able to complete the order. All in all it was not a very good experience.

Boscov's sent me a discount code, but no matter how many times or different ways I tried, it said it wasn't a valid code. Shipping makes it so much more expensive. I wanted to pick it up in the store, which would be more convenient and less costly.
