I tried to find out when a package would be delivered if it was sent to my home. Could not find that info, so I called a number on the screen. Spoke with AI which was not helpful and frustrating so I hung up. I did call around 10:30pm on 11/4. Other than that, my shopping experience was fine. I hope to pick up the item at the store tomorrow instead.

Placed order on 10/28 received email confirming order on 10/20 received email order was could not be pick up at local store and items would be cancelled and rest of order would still be processed. I only ordered 1 item called customer service and was told there was an error and would redo the order with new order number I had used my boscovs card for payment when I ordered and woul be refunded for first order. So used my card again with new order Customer service called back about 45 minutes later and said there was an error and would have to redo order again had to use my card and got a new order number again only this time she got to part where the error was and said it’s going to error again!! She said I’ll have to call my leader for help. Now I have 2 charges on my card! Then I got a call from a different person and she said she’d be able to fix and get passed error but have to start over. Ok now 3rd charge on my card but she said she was able to get passed and my order was complete and they would waive shipping and I’d receive in couple days! Then on 10/30 I recived an email my order was cancelled no stock !!! Then I had to call to get 3 refunds to my account ! Called again and was told it take 3-5 days to clear. 2 were cleared and one remained on my account called again on 11/3 and talked to another rep and she said she would refund to my account because I needed to pay my bill due by 11/4. Which included the 3rd charge on my account. I scheduled my payment for 11/3 so as not to be late! Then on 11/3 in my mailbox I get a package from boscovs with the item in it. After being told it was out of stock and no one calling or emailing me that was goin to happen!! The product was also not exactly as described as on the boscovs site !! Quality was not great either. Boscovs is always my go-to. I love the goods, I love the prices. There's nothing that you can't find there. On the rare occasions something's not in stock in the size I need, they automatically order it for me at the register. The store is definitely one of my very favorites.
