The site is better than it used to be, but still a little wonky in that it doesn't always remember what you already selected and doesn't always limit the selections based on filter criteria.

It was easy to search for particular items. One filter I would like to see added is material type. I really try to avoid polyester and it is time consuming to look at every description to find out the fiber content.

I truly enjoy shopping at Boscov's in person; however, I often have to shop at multiple locations to find size. Items online are limited in available products or sizes. I wish there would be a larger online inventory. In addition, if you have or are using a Boscov's credit card, then shipping should be free.

great selection, but product description, especially skirts and dresses, need to specify the length of the skirt/dress in INCHES; length of inseam on slacks need to be specified, not just terms like petite, short, average or long - need in inches

No problems with the website. However, the Haggar jacket was in-stock in the store but not the matching pants. When a salesperson helped me, they ordered the wrong color of pants - Navy instead of the needed Dark Navy.

My order went very well. I was able to find what I wanted and order the items in various colors. My previous experience with Boscov's online has been fantastic. My prior order required customer support assistance to track down the right size, and prior to that I found an item in stock at a store that I could drive to and buy as it was needed quickly. I love Boscov's because they have quality items IN STOCK which is a huge advantage over other stores. It is inevitable that some clothing items are needed quickly for a business or pleasure, a surprise party, or many, many other reasons. Boscov's has saved my bacon aplenty. I Love Boscov's!!
