It is harder to order on line than going to store. Love shopping experience in store much better but can’t always get there. Glad on line does not take long and offers shipping. Print of the item is horrible. When I contacted customer service to exchange the item I was informed I would have to pay for the return shipping, which would be more than I paid for the item. Return shipping should be covered if exchanging for another item.

I had purchased these Beach House swim shorts in store about three years ago. I wore them for 3 summers and other than being a little faded they held up very well. They are true to size and are very flattering. When I saw these same swim shorts on sale I decided to buy them again while they were available.

I so enjoy taking a cart and walking around in Boscov‘s. It reminds me of my childhood and when we came there shopping and all the wonderful things at the greenery restaurant we had to eat just such a positive experience. I can’t say enough about Boscov’s.

My experience with the website was extremely frustrating. I tried to accept the address suggested- I have a PO Box- and it was not accepted, as Boscov's doesn't ship to PO Boxes. However, in my community everyone has a PO Box. After 11 hours working with this, I'm sending my package to a friend. Never again

I had an email for 10% off. The code was also at the top of the web page and I tried multiple times on two different computers, but I kept getting an error that the code was not correct or it wasn't valid. The discount was used to get a purchase, but I could not use it. I will be returning my purchase based on principle. I would not be surprised if this was done on purpose to multiple customers.
