The website had too many pop ups and automatic fill-ins which confused me. I had to go back and do the transaction a few times to get it right. I think a redesign is needed. The prices are very fair and decent product selection. It is good that you are giving the customer several opportunities to save. Product descriptions could be better.

I had a specific piece of clothing that I needed: A long-sleeve black oxford shirt in my size: XLT. I first spent a frustrating 10+ minutes on your competitor's website (Penney's) and I absolutely could not find something this SIMPLE, let alone in my tall SIZE. Even when I specified "BLACK", it brought up plaids and all crazy colors and patterns I would never wear! I was angry at that point at how POORLY their website handled my very specific defined inquiry. It was like it totally ignored what I had typed in. I then thought, in frustration, "Let be try Boscov's". (Because I have found some shirts in our local Niles, Ohio store IN MY SIZE that I absolutely love.) I was SHOCKED how EASY it was to find EXACTLY what I was looking for on yoyr website! And the price was terrific! It arrived quickly, fits perfectly, and is of excellent quality. I am 100% satisfied and happy with my online Boscov's experience!

The selections are clear and the enlargement feature helps with seeing details. The belt was well represented, but the size selections were S, M, L without a chart referencing what that meant in measured length.
