I tried to order some items and the size of mattress pads was mostly Twin few Queen and the Bras did not have my size wound up getting a cheap bra because of my usual Platex or any better brands did not have my size

My most recent experience was the next day. I brought a friend to shop. When we reached the line to pay for our purchases, we were told “cash only!” It seems the system had gone down. My friend had enough cash to pay for both our purchases, but many did not…very disappointing. I am returning this Sunday for the buy one, get one sale. I will bring cash as well as my card. Interesting…On my cash receipt, it said I could have earned 148 reward points if I had used a Boscov’s card. It was not MY choice to pay cash!

Overall it everything was fine. The only part I disliked was that the muk luk slippers didn’t have a size guide to know what size shoes the s/m/l correlated with. I had to look at their website for that.

I was extremely disappointed to discover that the only Boscov store in my area carries ABSOLUTELY NO PETITE clothing of any kind! While I was fortunate to find items online which I liked and fit me, I would be much more likely to purchase more items from your store if I could walk in and select them.

Boscov's shipped the items very promptly BUT the order was shipped Fedex and the package was not delivered to my house, it was delivered to the office of the complex I live in. I tried tracking the package but for 4 days, the Fedex website just said it was on it's way, it didn't say it had been delivered at all. The office was closed and I did not get the package for another 5 days and I had to go to the office to pick it up. The items were gifts and they arrived too late so now I have to go to Boscov's (a 45 minute drive) to return them because Fedex is too lazy to deliver to the address that is actually on the package. Fedex is awful, the drivers are lazy or can't read or both. If Boscov's continues to use Fedex as a delivery service, I will not be able to purchase anything online from them.
