The only bad experience was when I went to click on a product it went to a page that said the page wasn’t responding but then similar items were ok, so I’m assuming that’s the websites way of saying the item is no longer available. It’d be easier if it was just not on there anymore. Everything else was great!

I am very pleased with my online purchase at Boscov's. Both items arrived quickly and were exactly what I was expecting. Unfortunately I had to return one item only because I didn't like the way it fit. However, that experience was also very easy. I brought the item to the store and it was returned without any issue at all. Boscov's is my favorite store to shop because of their large selection and wide variety of products.

Boscov's is my go-to store for all my clothing and many of my other home needs. It is so easy to shop online and have the items delivered. Returns are quick and easy at the store. I love Boscovs but do not shop in store often because the closest store to me is an hour away. I did make a large purchase in the store recently, but you did not have the 2 shirts I ordered online in my size. I was disappointed that even with using my Boscovs charge to pay for the order, that I still had to pay for shipping. I would order more online if shipping was free.
