I ordered two pairs of Architect jeans one cargo style size 10P and another a little dressy size 12P both wide leg that said petite but were way too long not petite labeled incorrectly even though the tags say petite these two pairs were regular or for tall. That part of the order came quick but the other part was a Gloria Vanderbilt purse that took longer to get, I called customer service to find out the status and told to wait 7 to 10 days it was sitting in a Connecticut store for a while and I wanted to know when it was going to actually ship out and the lady on the 800 line told me she can't do anything because it wasn't 7 to 10 days so I called the store myself and talked to a lady there who had just came back from vacation and had to find out why FedEx did not come on Monday and she told me she would see that the purse was shipped out and I got it today 10/1 smelled like perfume the tag was not original and looked like it was a return or used and one side pocket elastic is torn at the seam! I plan on returning all of the items to the Frederick Md store. I am at the point that I am tired of ordering items from Boscov's online because they come from stores and are picked and at times before not in the best of condition, (like last year I order a roasting pan that was scratched, dented and defective full of dust and I had to of course returned that hunk of defective metal that should not of been shipped to a customer it should of been put in the scrap metal trash bin!) So, with this last order it is the last straw with me on ordering from your online format because I never know what I will get.

I had a little trouble with navigation. It was slow or sent me back to a main page instead of where i was browsing. My biggest headache was check out. I tried apple pay twice and it wouldn’t accept it. Then I went with paypal and got an error message but then when I refreshed it showed the order completed. I was nervous to submit it again after the first few errors and almost gave up. I do like the selection and prices and will give it another chance at shopping here in the future.

I ordered a dress and shrug for my elopement wedding. Shrug came and did not look the way it did online and also looked as if someone already wore it. It has a hole in the shoulder. Dress never arrived ontime. Sat in Los Angeles California for days and days. When contacted FedEx explained it was probably either sitting in a cargo hold waiting to filled to capacity before all packages being sent out OR someone forgot to scan it and it was on its way. Waited because expected date was by 8pm, the day before my wedding. Got email from FedEx "sorry not coming will give new updated delivery date" left me with no time to find a dress replacement and had to wear something I already had in my closet, forcing the groom to change his outfit to match as we were leaving for elopement wedding. Package was delivered 2 days later, while we were away and had to find someone to go to my home and secure the package. Ridiculous and upsetting experience. Will not be purchasing from Boscov's in the future and we are returning my dress and shrug as well as his clothes and shoes that we never got to wear tomorrow. Hopefully that won't be a huge fiasco as well. At least it saved us some money.
