I thought it was a pretty decent experience--everything was accessible and the layout of the filtering process was no different from other retailers I see. I did have a little lag jumping between products, but that could also be because of the age of the technology I am using.

I found an item I wanted online, at Boscov's. I am not familiar with this business as they are located in the midwest. I am in California. I did some research online and Boscov's appeared legitimate, so I bought the item. The delivery was one day late, which was a little concerning, but Fed Ex updated the date so I felt reassured. The item arrived, brand new, in perfect condition, and is working as expected. I will definitely purchase from Boscov's again.

I purchased a small desk fan and a pair of sneakers online at Boscov's. The entire experience was easy and very good. The only downside, the shoes are too small for the size, but I can return them easily at the store. I prefer shopping at Boscov's because they truly care about their customers and I support small business. Also, I prefer brick and mortar stores. I find it easier to see more products and to find the items I want to keep. Even if I buy online I can make returns to the store and then find the right items and sometimes purchase more. One more thing, I appreciate how Boscov's takes care in packaging items for delivery. Thank you for still wrapping clothing in tissue paper. It helps protect the clothing and shows quality and care.

The athletic shoes are ordered were the Avia brand, unfortunately I wear size 13W and there was only one available in that size , so I had to order two of the same shoe..both white. There was no Black in my size in any of Avia shoes

I purchased the same exact skort today at the store and it was only $19.99. It was the wrong size and I wanted to be sure I was able to get the skort. I will be returning the pair I bought in store. It would have been easier if I had been able to select the store for pick up and then shown me the availability of the products I was choosing instead of me selecting the items and then seeing where it was available. I knew where I was going to pick it up. I needed to know if the items was in stock at that location.
