It is annoying when i get an email that my cart is going to be emptied on the same day that i put an item in my cart. P!ease tell clerks to be more careful when filling orders. I have received incorrect items in 2 of my last orders. Shouldn't they scan the tag, then they would see that it doesn't match the packing slip.

I went to Boscov's store in Johnstown, PA, today, where I found a size 2T in the same style I just purchased in a 4T. The 4T wasn't available in stock at the store, so I turned to Boscov's website. I'm grateful to have purchased both sizes for my two granddaughters. Thank you!

Package was crushed and had been retaped to keep the product intact. Took longer than I expected and 1 cake pan was cancelled off my order. I understand all these things can happen especially with freight but just somewhat disappointed-especially for the shortage
