The website was difficult. I was buying more curtains because the store did not have as many as I needed. I got to spin a wheel that gave me 10% off, but no coupon code to put in at checkout. The next day I got a text reminding me I had not completed the order, and including a 13 digit code. I tried to complete the order and typed the code in wrong twice, then got it right. I tried to check out as a guest and lost the 10% off. Tried to go in on my account but didn't know the password. Couldn't update the password because I would need the old email on file, which us defunct. So I tried to create an account. I'm not sure if I did or not, the screen went to payment options and by then I was so frustrated I just paid the amount without the 10% discount and paid $9.99 shipping when I thought it was free shipping. Not a very positive online experience at all.

Overall, my experience on the Boscov's website was positive. The site was easy to navigate, and I was able to browse products and locate the items I was interested in without much difficulty. The product descriptions and images were helpful. One area that could be improved is the checkout and account experience. Some pages took a little longer to load than expected, and it would be helpful if the order and payment process were a bit more streamlined. Improving the search filters and making it easier to compare similar products would also enhance the shopping experience. Overall, I had a good experience and appreciate the selection of products available.
