I purchased an XL men's sweater, and the body and arms were huge and not even XL Tall. It was shocking. I decided to order the same item in a different color, and it was the exact enormous size. I started a return for both, but I should not have to pay almost $13 return charge for each order since they are completely sized incorrectly.

Not happy with the way u reconfigured the upstairs sales floor, u closed most of the registers and even the fitting room in petites. Very inconvenient for customers to have to walk all way to back of store to pay. There are literally no sales people on the floor ever. And downstairs in seasonal not a sole around. I had to walk to linens to pay for my things. Not good. Just fyi, it's 45 yr n older shopping in your stores not young kids...and the older folks just can't walk all over from one end to the other. You need keep that in mind if you wanna retain customers. Ty

I went into the Boscov's in Glen Mills, PA. The sales associate set me up with a Boscov's card. I ordered items online that I did not see in the store. I mentioned this to the associate and she pointed out my new card number so I could add these items to the card today.
